My WAV files worked on windows, but now with Mac I get "Can't load track file format not supported"

So I had my wavs working great on Rekordbox for Windows and the CDJs, but now they all give "Can't load track" error when I try to import them into Rekordbox for Mac (latest M4 Macbook 16").

They are on Dropbox but that shouldn't matter. What can I do to import them?
