Please unlock RB Lighting feature for non Pio DMX controllers

Considering Pio/AT have sunsetted their only peripheral for RB lighting, the RB-DMX1, the lighting feature is redundant unless you have a suitable controller. 

It would be a nice gesture if they could unlock it so that it doesn't rely on a hardware unlock from a product no longer available.
