Stems Crackling after a few minutes only on 1 channel

Just recently ive noticed crackling when using stems but only on 1 channel after around 10 minutes. I have the latest version of the software and using a FLX10 with the latest updates. This only happens on 1 channel and the other 3 are perfectly fine when usiing stems. I have a good msi laptop so its not that as i would of thought it would happen on all channels. If i turn off the stems the channel plays fine. The only way i can get rid of it is to restart the software but it will then come back again after a few minutes but only on the same channel. Its getting really annoying.. Anyone experienced this and have solved the issue??
