CDJ 3000 not reading firmware update

I am trying to update my new CDJ 3000's to latest firmware, but one of my units does not want to read update file. Obviously, it's not the usb stick since one of the players updated just fine. I have tried using other usb sticks, but no luck. The player reads the music just fine though. Anybody else run into this issue?
