DJM A9 Crossfader Broken

I need help with what to do with the company bought DJM-A9 (2 months old)
I don't know how or why it broke, it's an expensive machine and it should have been built to last.
but I'm sure it's still on warranty and I don't want to let the company know,
I registered the product with a pair of players (DJ-A9 with 2 CDJ-3000s)
Please help me, what must I do?
