Sound issues with Rekordbox when using External DAC

Hello,

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my new FIIO R11 RTR external DAC as raised in this post from 2016 (https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/205669576-Issues-with-external-USB-DAC-adapter-FiiO).

The sample rate shown on Rekordbox is 384K which seems high, is that why I can't play any music on the software?
