I have a Pioneer DDJ-400 with Rekordbox.

When I first used an Apple laptop I could open the spotify app and play some music. It worked the same with Youtube an Soundcloud. I used the DDJ-400 as an output device. But now I have a Windows laptop and it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

While DDJ-400 connected to PC, please find the Output setting under:
 
StartMenu > Settings > System >Sound > Output
 
and select "Line(DDJ-400)" as Output.
 
Also, turn ON the MASTER CUE button on the DDJ-400.
