Omnis - Duo |. Won't Read SSD After first USE

I’m running into an issue with the Omnis-Duo controller (AlphaTheta), and it’s got me a bit flustered.

Here are the details:
  • Omnis-Duo Hardware Version No. 1.11
  • In Rekordbox I am paying for the Professional Plan... I have Rekordbox Version:   7.0.6.0016
  • My Computer is a MAC M3 Max | 36 Memory | Mac OS 14.5 (23F79)
  • The USB Drive I am using is a Sandisk Extreme Portable SSD 500GB
  • The USB drive is formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). (In the Manual for the Omnis-Duo it states on page 12:  FAT16, FAT32, ExFAT & HFS+ are compatible. I'm using the HFS+ format from my understanding by being Mac OS Extended (Journaled). = Please correct me if I'm wrong
  • The drive contains both a Device Library and a Device Library Plus
  • The drive works perfectly with the CDJ-3000s—I can eject and re-plug it in as many times as I want without any problems.

However, with the Omnis-Duo controller, I have to go through this process every time to get it to read the files:
  • Click ‘Convert From Device Library’ in rekordbox.
  • Overwrite 'Existing Device Library Plus'
  • Eject the USB drive from rekordbox.
It will then read the files for the first time as long as i don't turn the controller or eject it. If I eject the drive from the Omnis-Duo and try to reconnect it, the controller doesn’t recognize it again. Even with a hard reboot of the controller. To get it to work again I have to plug it back into rekordbox and repeat the process to make it work.
