XDJ-RX3 USB port 2 is not working, and I have already updated to the latest version 1.19

XDJ-RX3 USB port 2 is not working, and I have already updated to the latest version 1.19

It can only be a hardware defect because I’ve already tried several USB drives in different formats.  

Has anyone else experienced this and can help me??? Pioneer, where are you?
