How to recover the FREE PLUS plan

I have an XDJ RX3, it's registered to me. Two days ago rekordbox on my laptop showed that I was using the FREE PLUS plan. And that suited me. Today it shows the FREE plan. Why? I don't know. With the FREE plan, some of the rekordbox functions don't work. I want to use the FREE PLUS plan. How do I do that?
