Deleted folders in Rekordbox keep reappearing
I've changed the name of the GROOVE CIRCUIT FACTORY SAMPLES file in the programs file folder and that has stopped that from coming back but I can't delete the other folders I've created. I delete them and they keep coming back whilst using Rekordbox and when I restart the program. Can someone please help?

Unfortunately it is not possible to completely remove them.
But I have forwarded your request to the rekordbox team for future consideration.
