Urgent!!! Rekordbox database cannot be found

Hey there this is Pine Stag from Turkey. Im the label manager of all Harabe and Sub labels and The Music Director of Kastel which is a great electronic music club in Istanbul. Im DJ'ing around 5 years.

I got a real urgent problem, my USBs does not work at CDJ3000 and nx2000 also. I got 2x nx2000 and 6x CDJ3000 at the club, and when I stick into my USBs I saw the warning ''rekordbox database cannot be found'' so I have the tracks in my usbs but there is no playlist and analyzies. I got playlist at the computer already btw I played in every one or two week at least but now I can't. This problem has appear when I update my rekordbox and accept the device libarary plus, after that I see your website that does'nt match. I download an old version and format my usbs then sync again but it's still same problem. On the other hand I got a empty usb for update the cdjs it also does not work while I try to update CDJs. I got 6 gigs this month and starts at Friday.

I tried every combination I read a lot at the internet I ask chatgpt but never solved. Please help give me directions this is urgent.
