DDJ FLX4

Hi

I just bought the DDJ FLX controller and unboxed, then connected to my laptop computer by the cable supplied, it wouldn't power on fully, the amber light is only showing on both sides of in and out buttons, hot cue, release fx and MIDI bluetooth is blinking green. The moment you powered it on, it powered fully but gone in seconds.

What is the issue? please help.
