DDJFLX-4 connection issues

I'm running a macbook on monterey 12 which shows as being a compatible software. I've tried both serato and rekord box but when i plug my board into my computer it only reads as a bluetooth device. Not sure if anyone knows how to fix this, this is a brand new board I received today also.
