DDJ-200 not working when plugged in

When I plug my DDJ-200 into my Windows computer, running on Windows 11, the deck will flash lights for 3-4 seconds, then go black and nothing will work. I can't load or play songs, use any buttons, etc. I have read multiple forums and the DDJ-200 manual and nothing has helped. Please help!!
