HEADPHONES BLEED INTO QUE FLX 4

HEY I HAVE A FLX4 THAT I JUST GOT, I HAVE EVERTHING SET UP RIGHT. I GET MUSIC TO MY HEADPHONES BUT WHEN I SET THE QUE, TO MY HEADPHONES IT DOESNT ISOLATE THE MUSIC, SO THE MUSIC BLEEDS TO THE SPEAKERS AND HEADPHONES, INSTEAD OF JUST MY HEADPHONES, I CANT FIND ANYTHING ONLINE I RESET MY SPEAKERS FOR MY PC AND I UNPLUGGED MY CONTROLLER AND I REDOWNLOADED REKORDBOX. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, IM LOST

Hi mohamad khazaali

Please make sure to follow the steps below:

1. First, make sure the latest firmware version is installed on your DDJ-FLX4.

 

2. Make sure you select your DJ device as your audio device.

  • In this case, make sure you select DDJ-FLX4 as the audio device.

  • and that your Master and Headphones Outputs are set up correctly.

 

3. Check the Headphones volume controls are set correctly on the DJ device;

  • Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
  • Press the MASTER CUE button;
  • Press your desired Channel CUE button;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.
