xdj-rx3 duplicate results using search

Let me start by saying i am new to the dj controller world (1210MK2 user here)

after 3 days or deleting and rebuilding my data with recordbox i keep ending up with duplicates when i use the search function on the controller.

When you lookup the file in artist tab, you can see 1 entry

When you search for the song using the same search entry (add), i get two hits

In Rekordbox i cant find any duplicate entries, and there is only one file in the stick.
There are a lot of songs that show up once

As you can see they are one and the same file as 2 lines turn green when one is loaded.
As i didnt find any duplicates in Rekordbox i turn to this forum. If this is a Rekordbox issue somehow, then feel free to tell me :)
