FLX2 Headphones stuck on master

Hello, I am having problems as well with trying to figure out how to hear in headphones when I am playing a track on deck 1 and then trying to que a song on deck 2.  As soon as I press the headphone 2 button both decks are playing sound through my speakers. I have been screwing around for hours with no luck at all. Even when I have the deck 1 fader all the way up and the deck 2 slider all the way down, as soon as I press the deck 2 headphone button both tracks start playing through my speakers. I wounder if it is part of something in the settings??

Brendan, not sure what software your using but I figured it out with DJ Pro. Open the settings tab, then look for Audio devices, then choose prequeing, then select your device and most inportant choose channel 3 and 4. When queing a song on the deck that is not currently playing press headphone button you want to que and also use the volume dial beside the headphone input jack.  Hope this helps.

Check the Headphones volume controls are set correctly on the DJ device;

• Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
• Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
• Press the MASTER CUE button;
• Press your desired Channel CUE button;
• Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.
