DDJ FLX4 Crossfader Not Working on Serato DJ Suite
Hello everyone.
I just got the DDJ-FLX4 for Xmas and I was able to use it the day of. Everything was working fine. Crossfader was working, upfaders were working, no issues. Fast forward a day later on boxing day, I am having a difficult time getting my crossfader and upfaders to work on serato dj suite. I downloaded the latest firmware update for the DDJ-FLX4, I've tried going into the SETUP option in Serato and MIDI mapping the crossfader. I've looked for the answer to this issue on literally every forum possible and cannot find anything that has helped. This is literally my last resort now, I'm hoping to find someone who has an answer to my problem. The controller came out of the package and on to my table. It has not been dropped, messed with, or damaged in any way, so I don't see how the issue could be the crossfader being broken while everything else works, or there being a loose connection. PLEASE HELP :(

Do you also experience this issue with your DDJ-FLX4 in rekordbox, or does it only happen with Serato?
Try to reset the MIDI settings in Serato
In the Serato DJ Pro setting, select MIDI and click "Restore Default" .
Also, what version of Serato are you using?
Can you share the specs of your computer?
Still not working. I just got my controller back after sending it back for warranty repairs in the case that something was damaged. They ended up just replacing it with a different FLX4. I have done literally everything that you mentioned and, still the crossfader and up-faders are not working. As I mentioned previously, the crossfader worked just fine when I had gotten it originally, but now it's not working, even after sending it back for repairs. I have the latest version of serato as well and, I've tried disabling crossfader and re-enabling it. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad with an intel CORE i5 vPro 8th Gen processor. I've experienced the same issue in Rekordbox as well. I did the "restore default" idea and again, still nothing. Any other tips?
