New DDJ-REV1 Connected, Uninstalled Drivers initially in error, and now it will not connect to Serato for use

I had trouble getting my DDJ-REV1 to connect to Serato, It said it was setting up hardware, and having trouble connecting.

What i did first was uninstall the DDJ-REV1's drivers, thinking they would automatically reinstall. How I usually fix this software side is reinstall drivers from the hardware's support page, but I cannot do that for some reason even after registering it under my registered controller in my account page on Pioneer.

I fixed the soundcard default issue and made sure the controller was not selected as default, made sure Serato can use microphone permissions, everything. Still nothing. Most recent software, tried 4 USB ports. I can only imagine i need to reinstall the drivers.
