xdj700 and 2018 mac book
Hi,
I have a 2018 mac book, x 2 XDJ700's and a Xone 92 and Rekordbox. I am trying to connect my XDJ700's to my mac. As my MAC does not support standard USB or ethernet I need to get (I think a switch or a usb hub) but I have no idea what to get, can anyone recommend? When I use a USB hub that I have my XDJ700's are not showing on my MAC which I assume is due to the hub. Yesterday evening I updated my XDJ700 firmware.
I am really not technically minded, what should I do to optimise connection to Rekordbox?

Do you have a paid plan activated? (ie. Core Plan or higher plan)
You need to have one activated in order to use XDJ-700 with rekordbox Performance Mode.

Hi, I don't think I need this as I'll not be using performance mode. I've tried using a powered usb c hub and that failed to respond so I'm going to use an ethernet setup with a switch and try that out. I'm getting a connection with the xdjs but no option to link to the mac and the ability to turn the rotary.

My 2018 mac only takes USBc. I wonder what's happening here to be unable to link the players to my laptop.
