Can't load cloud-synced music even though I have all the songs in my collection and they seem fine.

Hello, i've recently bought a new computer and had to use cloud-sync to get all my music back to rekordbox. I have used cloud-sync and all the music seems fine in rekordbox but when i press load on my DDJ, i've tried double clicking and then pressing "load" and i have also tried dragging the songs to the decks. Can somebody please help me...
