DDJ-REV1 Sound Issue - No audio output after trying everything
So I just got my new Pioneer DDJ-REV1 for Christmas and did a lot of research on what type of software I need, how to download my music into files, get those onto Serato DJ Lite, etc... and when I plug in my USB from my computer to my controller, it won't have ANY audio output. None. When I say I tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I tried switching out the USB cord, making sure the right software version was downloaded for my Mac laptop (Serato DJ Lite and MacOS Sequoia 15.2), correct input/output on both my computer settings and Serato DJ Lite, Master was up on my controller, trim knobs were up about 75%, checked the Audio MIDI setup to see if my controller is connected as an output, and NOTHING IS WORKING. I don't have any actual speakers to connect to my mixer-- I'm simply trying to connect the audio with my Mac laptop. The controller came with the USB, and I thought it may have been a 'bad usb', but turns out I just wasted more money trying to solve this problem. It didn't work. Please someone help and give me your advice. Should I return the controller and get a new/better DJ mixer? Everything else works great except what's the point with no audio and I can't even use the controller.
