Issue w/ Dropbox DJ Team, Slow Support and Dashboard Glitch
It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium service and be told to wait for technical support to return from vacation to address an issue. Until the company decides to provide at least a basic level of service, we're stuck paying for something we can't even use. This is unacceptable.
The website shows I have no subscription. If I log out and log back in, my subscription sometimes appears, but this inconsistency makes the service unusable.
Please provide immediate support so I can access what I’ve already paid for.

Unfortunately I can confirm that the support is terrible, or non existing since the AlphaTheta acquisition.
I just cancelled my Cloud Option today after 11 months of waiting for a solution. The library sync has never worked in my case. Payed a whole year for nothing...
