DDJ Rev 5 Left side not working after powerup.

I did a gig 1st weekend of December 2024 had no issues with controller. Just pulled it out today plugged it up and left side is not working after power up cycle no lights nothing, I've tried updating firmware that didn't work, does anyone know what is happening?
