NO SOUND COMING OUT OF DDJ-FLX2

I cannot hear any sound come out of my dj controller, the device itself. However, when my controller is plugged up to my iPad I can only hear sound coming out of the IPad so it's not a software issue, everything else works fine. It's the board itself
