auto loop function not doing proper length

Hello,

My XDJ AZ's auto loop function is not working properly. Quantization and snap appear to be set up correctly. When I choose to do 4, 8, or more auto loop bars it will add one and a half bars to the loop function. Example if I choose 4 bars it will do 5 1/2 bars.

Assistance would be much appreciated,
