cant record
When I click the record button it's recording. When I stop recording nothing goes anywhere. I located missing files. It says all files are there . I cant' figure it out. Customer service team sucks won't help me at all and take 5 days to reply. Also i downloaded DJM recording app so I can record somehow and for some reason it's not recording just the song you can hear background noise and everything, even when I plug it into my controller and my laptop. Someone please help

If you need help with the recording function in rekordbox, please file an inquiry ticket here and we’ll gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
Also, if you have the DJM-REC, please bear in mind that this app can only record from your DJ mixer in the USB SEND RETURN connection. So it won't be compatible with your DJ controller.
