CDJ 3000 WARRANTY
Good afternoon.
We are having problems with two CDJ 3000 units that we recently purchased.
Since the JOG, DIRECTION are not in proper condition.
It has been taken to an authorized center where they have been for 3 months and the failure still persists.
We would like to know if you have really had contact with the authorized center called Orbielectronicas in Medellín - Colombia or if you can provide a direct email (preferably in Spanish) from Pioneer to explain the case to us. Thanks for your time.
