I can't find any of my music that I uploaded last week

Hi All, please help. I uploaded music to rekordbox last week, (I'm new to this) and today I can't find it. When I click on Collection and All - its telling me to upgrade the plan. I have a plan which is the Cloud Option which I bought a few weeks ago
