no sound coming through my DM-40 D speakers

I just bought these, it was sounding amazing and literally half way through the first song i was playing it stopped and now theres a light blinking. ive unplugged it and plugged it a million times and it still isnt playing any sound. please help. its connected to my macbook pro ( 2020 ) through the rca input cables that came with the speakers.
