Sound Drops When Triggering Hot Cues in Serato

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with hot cues in Serato. Occasionally, when triggering a hot cue, the audio briefly drops out. It doesn’t happen every time, but it occurs frequently enough to disrupt my sets.

Setup Details:
• Software: Serato DJ Pro version 3.2.4.532
• Computer: MacBook Pro 14-inch (2023), Apple M2 Pro, 32 GB RAM, macOS Sequoia 15.2
• Firmware: DDJ-FLX10 firmware version 1.13

Any tips on troubleshooting or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated!
