Enttec Open USB not working with Lighting function

Ever since the update when Rekordbox is now compatible with third-party DMX interfaces, I was overjoyed since I already had a compatible interface, but no matter what I've tried nothing seems to be working, and I can't get any lights out. Here's what I've tried:

• Verified that the lights and adapter work and that all cables are fine, I've tested in QLC+

• Updating MacOS from Mac OS 14 to 15

• Updating Rekordbox to the latest version

• Plugging the Enttec directly into my Mac instead of into a USB hub

• Running rekordbox as root

• Following the FTDI driver installation instructions exactly, I must have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers 5 times

• Ensuring that my light is on the correct DMX address and that the address is correct in Rekordbox

• Ensuring it's the correct light fixture in Rekordbox

• Ensuring that Lighting is enabled, and that the Enttec option was enabled in Lighting settings

Anything else that I should try or that I'm missing?

I'm on Mac OS Sequoia 15.3, Intel Macbook Pro 16" 2019, Rekordbox 7.0.9 on the Creative Plan, using an Enttec Open DMX
