Can't get Sandisk Extreme Pro 3.2 to work on XDJ1000MK2

I bought a 128GB Sandisk Extreme Pro 3.2 flash drive, reformatted it to Fat32 (both with MiniTool Partition Wizard and EaseUS Partition Master), and I still can't get my XDJ1000MK2s to recognize the device. 

 

When I plug it in it says FORMAT USB. 

 

Any ideas?

Please make sure that it is formatted to FAT32 with Master Boot Record. (see below)
