Best Setup for DJing with i7 Laptops and rekordbox

I’ve been DJing for a while now, and recently, I’ve started to upgrade my equipment to improve my overall performance. One of the key upgrades I’ve been focusing on is ensuring that my laptop can keep up with the demands of modern DJ software like rekordbox, especially with larger libraries and complex set transitions.

I’m currently using an i7 laptop and am wondering if that’s powerful enough to handle extensive live sets. I know that rekordbox can be demanding, especially when syncing large playlists, running effects, and handling multiple decks simultaneously. My main concern is whether my current i7 laptop can run rekordbox smoothly for a high-energy, long-duration performance.
