I need help

I have connected my usb to my mixer and all of a sudden every playlist got deleted with the corresponding tracks inside. Luckily i have the automatic backup set to be done everytime I expulse my usb.

However now that I need to use it I cant seem to acces this backup and in the menu in rekordbox it says that the nearest backup is located in my computer, but it shows a cloud sign with a cross across it meaning that its not downloaded. Is there a way around this to access]download this backup and get my usb back to normal?
