buying a new subscription

When is the issue going to be fixed so that I can upgrade my plan? This is frustrating, i just recently bought a Rekordbox controller and it unlocks the free version. But there are features that I want that are a couple of levels higher but everytime I go to the website it just says "under maintainance" Please advise
