Good morning,

I'm here to tell you about my terrible experience with the purchase of two CDJ 3000s and a DJM A9.
I come from an older setup CDJ 2000 Nexus and DJM 900 Nexus, never had a problem, either aesthetic or hardware-wise.
In 2024 I ordered a pair of CDJ 3000s and DJM A9s, after 10 months of waiting they finally arrived.
The packages are completely sealed, I proceed with the unboxing.

Results?

- DJM A9 with a fingerprint inside the display
- 1 CDJ 3000 with a badly painted "back" button and a dent on the display frame

I would like to point out that the players are produced in October 2024 and the Mixer in March 2024
Unfortunately the dealer could only direct me to assistance since there are no stocks.

Final conclusions?

I find myself having to take both player and mixer to be repaired, all this after spending over 7000 euros.

I think this will be my last Pioneer product, I will switch to Denon with the SC6000 series and Xone 96.
