XDJ_RX2 level/depth knob not controlling effects, timing of effects sounds off beat, out of control

Hello, the level/ depth knob is no longer controlling the effects correctly. The timing is off on all effects, and I can not turn off the effect by turning the knob all the way to the left. Is this something that can be fixed?
