CDJ-3000 USB Issue – Won’t Read USB After Ejecting

Hi Pioneer DJ Support, I’m experiencing an issue with my CDJ-3000 and wanted to see if there’s a known fix or firmware update that addresses this. Here’s what’s happening: • When I first power on the CDJ and insert my USB drive, it reads and functions normally. • After 20–30 minutes, if I properly eject the USB and then plug it back in, the CDJ no longer recognizes it. • If I eject my USB and someone else inserts theirs, their drive also doesn’t read. • The only way to get the CDJ to recognize any USB again is to power it off and back on before inserting a drive. I’ve tested multiple USB drives, formatted them to FAT32 and exFAT, exported through Rekordbox, and tried different ports, but the issue persists. It seems like the USB controller isn’t properly resetting after ejection. I’ve also tried setting power management to “never,” but that hasn’t resolved it either. Is this a known issue? Are there any firmware versions that address this? Thanks for your help!
