Rekordbox 7 Not Loading Waveform and Not letting me play tarcks

I've been having some super frustrating issues with Rekordbox the past few days, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

Basically, when I load a track onto a deck, the song name appears, but there’s no waveform, and I can’t play it. I’ve tried tracks from both my computer and USB, but neither works.

Things I’ve tried so far:

• Using two different versions of Rekordbox (6.8.5 and 7)—same issue.

• My DDJ-1000 controller is connected and working fine.

• Running on a MacBook Pro with the latest Sequoia 15.3.1 update.

At this point, I’m getting really frustrated. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how to fix it? Appreciate any help!
