Rekordbox 7.0.9 and glitching sounds when loading tracks
Hello,
I’ve reviewed several posts related to this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to resolve it.
When loading tracks, I experience glitching and noise that lasts only milliseconds but is clearly audible. This issue occurs twice: once during the track load and again after the stream analysis process finishes.
All tracks are already analyzed, so I don’t understand why this happens.
I’ve tested on other computers, and the problem doesn’t appear, even though this computer is quite powerful as well.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Modifying BIOS settings
- Increasing buffer size
- Testing with/without multithreaded analysis
- Changing USB cables
- Formatting the computer and keeping only Rekordbox installed, among other things
This computer works perfectly with other software, including audio programs like FL Studio, but this issue is specific to Rekordbox. I’m also using the Pioneer FLX10 controller with Rekordbox 7.0.9.
Specs:
- HP ZBook 15 G5
- OS: Windows 11 PRO (24H2)
- Samsung Solid State Drive (SSD)
- 32 GB RAM
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8850H CPU @ 2.60GHz
Any additional suggestions or checks you recommend?
Many thanks!
