Can you burn the bass of an audio system if you speak into the microphone on the Pioneer XDJ-RX3 console?
Dear Pioneer and dear readers, this is the second time that the bass is being burned when I frequently use the microphone on the Pioneer XDJ-RX3 console. I’ve been a DJ for 15 years, and I find this strange because it only happens with the Pioneer XDJ-RX3. It happened twice: once with a different console, microphone, and sound system, and then, a year later, with another Pioneer XDJ-RX3 console and a different microphone. Does the sound card have a defect, or is it too much power? Have you encountered any issues or causes that might generate these situations? Could there be microphone feedback on the bass? I want to let you know that I didn’t have the gain even halfway up, and the mids and highs were set to normal levels. Does the sound card output too strong of a signal? The last damage was serious.
