Issue with Prolink

Hello DJ's For some unknown reason, I can't connect rekordbox in export mode to my XDJ-AZ. I've tried restarting, shutting down and reinstalling the audio drivers and it still does the same thing. Plug in a usb or ethernet cable shows link icon, press link and it doesn't display the deck symbols. And the controller says error reading library. The 4 decks used to be there and now they're gone even though I haven't changed any settings. Any ideas why?
