XDJ 700 Jog Wheel sensitivity

Hello Pioneer Support Team,

I recently purchased two XDJ-700 units, both brand new and with similar usage time. However, I’ve noticed a slight difference in the jog wheel feel between them.

• One jog wheel feels slightly looser and spins more freely than the other.
• When applying the same amount of force, the looser jog wheel spins a bit longer before stopping.
• It also slows down slightly more gradually compared to the other unit.

Both units function properly, but I wanted to ask if this small difference could indicate an issue. Is there any adjustment or calibration I could try to make them feel more similar?
