DJM-250MK2 - Rekordbox DVS Set up Issue (Windows)

Hello, 

I am experiencing difficulty connecting my mixer to Rekordbox. After completing the Rekordbox installation (downloaded from the official website), I can see the mixer in the setup drop-down menu, but I am unable to establish a connection between Rekordbox and the mixer. I am certain the connection is not established because I am unable to calibrate my turntable on Rekordbox, and no signal/device was detected. Despite multiple attempts to reset the process, the issue persists. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or if any additional software is required?
