DDJ FLX-4 RekordBox and Sernto

I recently got the DDJ FLX-4 and worked great first couple of days then woke up and tied using it and the volume would not come out of the buletooth speaker i have hooked up to my laptop nor the laptop speakers but plugged in headphones to the FLX-4 and the only sound i can get to come out was out of the headphones can you help?
