DDJ-FLX4 works with iphone but not in windows 11 laptop

After upgrading Rekordbox to 7.0.9 in win 11 the console is no longer recognized. The software features are locked but they were open before and the console lights turn on when connected but then most of them go off.  The console works if connected to an iphone. I have installed the most recent firmware but no luck.
