XDZ-XZ - FX Knob Not Reading All FX

I have a 1 year old XDJ-XZ that is barely used, I was playing the other night on it and noticed my Echo effect didnt sound on beat, I looked at the mixer screen and noticed it said Ping Pong in the top right corner but my knob absolutely is turned to Echo.  I took it a step further and checked all FX's the only ones that work are Ping Pong, Spiral, Filter, Flanger, Slip Roll and Roll.

These ones do not work/show up on the screen. Helix, Vinyl Break, Pitch, Phaser, Trans, Reverb, Echo, Delay and coincidentally these are all on complete opposite sides of each other.  I turned the unit on and off mutiliple times hoping it would reset, I updated to the newest firmware, the unit is basically brand new barely played on and never left my house so the knob cant be broken nor does it feel or sound broken.  Not sure what to do here...
