Unexpected Application Error

I have been using Rekordbox for almost a year now it suddenly started throwing a "Unexpected Application Error" pop-up window when I try to open the application on my laptop. Im using an MSI laptop with Windows OS. I have updated both windows and rekordbox to the latest versions. That did not work. I uninstalled RB and all its files from my laptop and reinstalled it to my laptop, that did not work. I logged onto my account and cancelled my subscription, and made a new account with a different email, and purchased a new subscription under a new email login, that did not work. I deleted all music files off my laptop and then uninstalled RB, changed passwords, and then reinstalled, and it allowed me to login and the app opened for a minute before then crashing again.

I submitted an inquiry to alphatheta and they have been little to no help, and barely responsive. I call in to the help line and they tell me that they cannot help me on the phone and the only way to get help with RB is to submit an online ticket. I have done just about everything shy of getting a new laptop, has anyone had any success trouble shooting this error message with Rekordbox?
